Ingredients

6 pieces fresh longganisa sausages

2 cups cooked white rice

6 garlic cloves

2 eggs

2 tbsp cooking oil

¼ cup vinegar for dipping
Instructions

Prick longganisa and pan-fry in a little oil. Add splash of water, cover 8 minutes. Uncover and brown.

Sauté minced garlic in oil until golden. Add rice and stir-fry until fragrant.

Fry eggs sunny-side up in the same pan.

Plate garlic rice, longganisa, and egg. Serve with vinegar and chili.
